Continuous vacuum induction melting furnace is vertical and composed by the melting chamber and cooling chamber, temperature measuring device, feeding device, vacuum system, control system, smelting system, water cooling system, operation platform, and so on.The smelting ventricular and charging chamber, the melting chamber and cooling chamber are separated by vacuum gate valve, which realize loading or discharge burden, adding alloy materials, remove ingot or casting without destroying the vacuum of the melting chamber, and make it continuous operation, improve the work efficiency. At the same time the furnace can pour multiple molds, loading chamber and temperature measurement chamber using electric horizontally, can realize full automation.
It is applied to the iron base, nickel base and cobalt base alloy and other precision alloy, high temperature alloy, magnetic materials precision casting.
