Crankshaft Position Sensors Application
The crankshaft position sensor togethers with the camshaft position sensor to determine the ignition timing and crankshaft position signals for the engine, detects the top dead position of the piston, the crankshaft angle and the engine speed, usually installed at the front of the crankshaft near the large flywheel or in the middle of the crankshaft. It is one of the most important sensors in the engine electronic control system. MAPMS's crankshaft position sensors can improve vehicle engine economy and acceleration performance.
