How to Install a Seal Kit in a Hydraulic Cylinder?

4. Do a good job of machining inspection procedures before assembly. Measure whether the dimensions of the cavity and the shaft are correct. Especially inside chamfers. There must be no slope. The end face of the shaft and the cavity should be smooth and clean, the chamfer should be free of damage and burrs, and the assembly parts should be cleaned. 6. Do not tear off the wrapping paper too early before the oil seal is installed to prevent debris from adhering to the surface of the oil seal and being brought into the work.

7. Before installation, an appropriate amount of lithium-based ester with molybdenum disulfide should be applied between the lips of the oil seal to prevent dry grinding of the lips and affect the interference of the lips when the shaft starts up instantaneously.
