the process of vulcanizing need 60 mins，we mix the raw materials as confirmed percentage and put into vulcanizing cylinder with the mould upon 0.4 KPa high temperature pressure after 60 mins to make the every level completely fuse and conglutinate.

After vulcanizing we get the semi-finished rubber timing belt 99YUthen after cooling We use the cut machine as 25 mm width cutting to get the finished product- rubber timing belt 99YU25.
