Depth Filtration System

single use depth filtration systems are designed for biopharmaceutical downstream separation and purification. The constant pressure difference, constant current flexible control way meets the filtration needs of different customers. For membrane packages or different forms of filtering, docking is achieved either with the corresponding good quality clamps or by reserving the corresponding interfaces.

Features of Depth Filtration System

Quaternary diaphragm pump was chosen, sanitary grade design, to ensure low shear force and low temperature rise;

Zero backpressure, high flow rate, system strictly in accordance with the criteria of the Java BPE to select the pipe size, ensure the highest flow rate operation in the process is achieved and the membrane filtration flux is maximized;

The layout of the system structure was designed reasonably, to meet the 3D no cleaning dead angle, and to use precision machining, to minimize the length of liquid path;

04.

Automated exhaust design of filters or membrane packs can be realized to improve the work efficiency.
