Desiccated coconut is produced from the mature coconut. Maturity of coconut is from 11 to 12 months old. Coconut is peeled, split shell and silk shell before putting on the manufacturing process at the factory.

Desiccated coconut grade:

-Low fat : fine grade

-High fat : fine grade, medium grade, chip grade, flake grade

Desiccated coconut specification:

-Oil content: 63% min (high fat) ; 25% min (low fat)

-Moisture: 3% max

-FFA(free fatty acid as caloric): 0.3% max

-Color: white, natural

-No sour

-Free from foreign matter

-Color: Natural White, free from stranger specks

-Flavor: Sweet, mild and no off flavor

Desiccated coconut packing:

-25 kg/50 kg packed in PE, Kraft paper and PP bags

-Marking is printed based on buyer's requested.

Storage & Shelf Life:

The product shall be stored under good storage condition, in a clean, cool dry conditions free from strange odour and smell, away from sunlight.
