Package Plywood case

SGTC series Double Track Power Trolley is a traversing apparatus to be used for double girder bridge crane (overhead crane), it hangs fixed type electric chain hoist, or wire rope hoist, and trverse in the double girder.

Which is also called Double girder trolley, Double rail trolley, it is without control.

For big capacity crane with double girder, we must use double track power trolley to connect double girder and electric hoist.

Electric powered trolley is consist of metal frame, bumpers, wheel, and driven motor.

Traveling speed can be customized by adopting different motors. It adopts geared motor with buffer, make sure it operates with soft-starting, begin and stop smoothly.

It could be 3: 1, or 4: 1 ratio of high speed to low speed.

◇Respective dollies in the system are independently driven.
◇Multipe control mechanism, able for centralized control, scattered control, or distributed control measures, and the dollies are able to perform full automatic operations according to the set program.
