Product Features

1. It is of 3-phase equilibrium, compact structure, lower losses, slighter noise, less material consumption by virtue of 3-dimensional wound core;

2. Transformer windings are enveloped with epoxy resin and closely integrated with the resin insulation layer as a complete steel body, which is of great mechanical strength, wonderful short-circuit withstand, corrosion-resistant, moisture-proof and anti-fouling abilities;

3. Epoxy resin and curing agent are superior insulation materials;

4. Both upper and lower clamping apparatuses are integrated as complete systems to well protect the transformer core from outer forces during manufacturing, transportation and installation, effectively compress and support the transformer windings; thus the transformer itself improves anti-axial capacity for electric power in case of burst short-circuit problems and suppresses the noise to a minimum;

5. Patented cast molding technique and facilities are introduced to efficiently improve productivity;
