All the frames are welded, with four horizontal guide rods, adopts PLC control, Mould closing, filling, heating, cooling and demould, the whole procedure automaticcally. All electronic components are world famous brands, ensure the machine is stable running, energy efficiency, longer working life and higher productivity;2. Heating pressure controlled by the e, assisted by the balance valve, ensure the quality of final product.3. Driven by hydraulic system, stable running4. Adopt the pressurized filling system, ensure the enough filling to the mould.5. Adopt the rotary encoder to control the distance between MI and MII, can be adjusted in the touch screen.6.
