Features:

1. This laser machine installs the most famous original imported fiber laser source with good beam quality, uniform light power density and stable output power.

2. The machine tool base is made by natural marble with precise grinding. Drive system adopts high-precision linear motor cross sliding table module with grating ruler. It ensures very high positioning accuracy and re-positioning accuracy and the accuracy of processing combination.

3.Working platform is made by resin panel with vac-sorb function and excellent flatness, through precise grinding processing. Working platform high-precision lift module, which is controlled by servo motor, can achieve micro-feeding to make the galvanometer system focal adjusting easier. High rigidity machinery design structure guarantees that working platform has excellent flatness in the full range.

4. Control system adopts high-performance full-featured motion control board and EVOC high stability industrial computer.

5. Powerful software: After importing directly external DXF design, software optimizes the processing trajectory, supports laser parameters adjustment and feedback adjustment of key parameters and can transfer motion control instruction according to information of processing graphics, etc.

6. Using CCD Camera positioning system, through catching MARK point, software set up mathematical model and compute MARK point coordinate compensation value automatically to improve the etching precision effectively.
