Ferritin
The ferritin test kit is used to detect the content of Ferritin (FER) in human serum. it is mainly used for the auxiliary diagnosis of iron metabolism-related diseases.
Testing Principle of Ferritin
Goat Anti-TRF Polyclonal Antibody is coated on the latex particle, ferritin in the sample and reagent in the corresponding antibody sensitization latex specific combining to form the antigen-antibody complexes, the complex scattering intensity change under incident light irradiation, the scattering light intensity change rate, and the sample is closely relative to the content of ferritin, determination of scattering light intensity change rate by standard curve calculated the concentration of ferritin in the sample.
