Features:

Our hydraulic tubing is featured as Seamless, High-quality, fully annealed, Hardness not to exceed 90 HRB or 200 HV. Hydraulic Tubing to be free of scratches, suitable for bending and flaring.

Materials:

The material of hydraulic tubing is available in stainless steel grades as 304/304L, 316/316L, 321/321H, 316Ti, 347/347H; duplex stainless steel grades as S31803, S32750, S32760, 2205; and super duplex stainless steel grades 904, 904L, and so on.

Available Size Range:

Outside Diameter: 3/16 inch (4.76 mm) through 3.00 inch (76mm).

Tolerances:

Our factory can produce hydraulic tubing in general tolerances and in precision tolerances supplied as stainless steel precision tubes.

Heat treatment & surface condition:

Stainless steel hydraulic tubing is delivered under Annealed and Pickled, Polished surface finish conditions on customers' request, or in Bright Annealed conditions as Stainless steel bright annealed tubes.

Lengths

Usually stainless steel hydraulic tubing is supplied in fixed length 6000mm (+/- 5mm), but we can also produce the tubes with length on customers' requests up to 18 meters.
