Applications:
This five-axis CNC rolling machine is to combine thermal barrier strip or plasti c profile with aluminum profiles to make the thermal break aluminum profile. Since five axes is CNC controlled, the operation has become very easy.
Features:
1, Five-axis CNC system.Omron PLC, precision screw, Taiwan HIWIN linear rail, AB B inverter, Schneider electrical appliance are adopted.
2, Equipped with HMI LCD touching display screen.The software developed by ourse lves makes it possible to store data of all types of aluminum profiles for future use.
3, Six sets of rolling discs controlled by separate driving force guarantee stab le rolling, high speed, and high efficiency. Step-less speed regulation.
