Usage:
The fluorite briquetting machine is mainly applied in power plant, chemical industry, energy, heating and other professions, which be widely used to press gypsum powder, coal powder, mineral powder and waste residue. 1. Rollers. The most important part for a briquette machine is the roller, in another words, the quality of the final briquettes is decided by the material of the roller. The roller of our coal briquette machine is made by 65Mn that density of the roller is small and the structure is rough, but economic which improved the density and wear resistance, so that it extends the service life of the roller.

The application of it is wide, and it can compress the following materials into block, granule or ball, such as aluminum scraps, activated carbon, alumina, bauxite and caustic soda, charcoal, clay, coke, coal, fertilizer, plastic, limestone, pigment, urea, potash... and so on.

Working Principle:
This series of the fluorite briquetting machine provide power to the two rollers depending on the reducer. The power through belt wheel, reducer, latter coupling and finally get to the driving shaft. The driving shaft and driven shaft could keep on working at the same time because of the exposed gear. There is a hydraulic brake behind driven shaft. The screw conveying actuated by the electromagnetic device machine speed motor, force the raw materials into the enter ore with large pressure via belt wheel and worm reducer.
