Frozen Okra specifications:
-Uses the best raw fresh Okra and follow quality conditions and safety in all steps of the product

-The Okra are sorted and disposed of damaged
-Wash by washing drums by spray
Then climb by steam for 3 - 5 minutes and then cooled by water spray to help the final elimination of the enzyme and also to stop the effect of steam on the strength of the product.
-Freezing is done immediately after boiling, using quick freeze to improve the properties of the final product
-Storage:
Store at -18 ° C while maintaining temperature stability at this level.
-Packing:
Packed in high density polyethylene bags with different weights as requested.
