Product Characteristics


1.The Fully welded ball valve is wildly used in every fields in European and America countries. Its excellent quality and the stability of high-performance are unreachable for ordinary cast steel ball valves and its working life is much linger than cast steel ball valves. Full welede ball valve are widely used in city gas, city heating, petrochemical industry, shipbuilding, steel, offtake stations, power plants, and other pipeline equipments.

2.Fully welded ball valve can be used long-term with reliable operation, needn't maintain and easy to install (specifically under DN300). So the installation of the valve becomes more convenient, it's not only reduces the cost of construction, but also saves a lot of time.

Seal air leakage test is based on 80PSIG(6kgf/cm2) nin-actiue gas or full filled with air, after close the valve, then check it is leakage or not by one side of the valve
