Fully Computerized Flexo Printing Corrugated Box Machinery

Main Machine Function

  1. It can do the job of setting, correction, execution, change and memory, etc. on the touch screen with precise data display in the shortest time.
  2. This series of flexo printer slotter die cutter is designed and manufactured upon the standard of top demands, reliable performance and solid safety. The complete set of machine is operated computerized upon the designing principle of man-machine integration.
  3. Adopts high-grade material and accessories.
  4. Transmission gears are made of high-quality alloy steel 20CrMnTi. The Rockwell hardness of the gears can get to 60 degree and more after the process of carburization quench and fine grinding.
  5. All rolls and shafts are chrome plated to enhance the hardness.
  6. Apply the joining with non-keypiece so as to decrease the connection gap and keep long term register accuracy.
  7. Dual system of touch screen man-machine interaction and manual electrical control.
  8. All German Siemens brand touch screen, PLC Controls and Frequency converter.
  9. Keep the functions of intelligence zero returning, memory reset and automatic order formation.
  10. Including : Feeding Unit, Printer Unit, Slotter Unit, Die Cutter Unit, Stack Unit

Carton machinery feeding Unit.

  1. The wind rate is adjusted by the frequency converter. or adopted Servo Control Lead Edge Feeder or with Pressure-free for feeding system
  2. Continuous or skip feeding capacity with electronic counter.
  3. Feeding counter can be preset and display the production quantity.
  4. Linkage on automatic feeding and anilox roll can decrease the sheet waste.
  5. Suction dust remover capacity can eliminate the mass impurity on the printing surface so as to improve the printing quality.
  6. Servo motor-quick react, precision positioning, system stability and durability. Electrical camshaft supersedes mechanical style;
  7. Synchronous belt un-interval links feeding shaft with servo motor shaft, to improve feeding precision alignment; Half-wheel, quick replacing structure, to keep consistency of feeding position, and to avoid uneven wearing on the surface of feeding wheel;
  8. Pressure-free stretching feeding mechanism is the option;
  9. Carton box machinery and carton machinery are made in very good quality.

Printer Unit

  1. Printing cylinder and impression cylinder are made of high quality steel with fine grinding surface and chrome plated.
  2. Dynamic and static balance correction ensure stable running.
  3. Adopts hanging mechanism for easy and instant printing plate mounting.
  4. Loading and unloading of the printing plate motorized turn positive and reverse by pedal switch..
  5. Pressurized automatic lifting device working in with the feeding systerm ( During the feeding operation the anilox roll goes down to contact the printing cylinder and when the feeding stops the anilox roll goes up to leave the printing cylinder.).
  6. Planetary gear phrasing mechanism.
  7. Printing phase adjustment by PLC, touch screen control and motorized digital 360 degree. Printing cylinder keeps the function of zero return and can reset in dynamic and static condition.
  8. Motorized digital display adjusts the transversal position of the printing cylinder within the range of 20mm..
  9. Printing phase fixing mechanism with electromagnetic clutch. During the machine unit movement or phase adustment, the braking-mechanism stops the run of the machine unit and keeps the primary printing position.

Ink System

  1. Steel anilox roll: chrome plated and engrave reticulate pattern with consistent net dots good for fine inking.
  2. Ceramic anilox roll: ceramic coated on the steel pipe surface and reticulate pattern laser engraved after fine regrinding is endurable.
  3. Steel pipe coated by antifriction rubber. Specially and finely reground crown is good for ink rransmission.
  4. Stainless steel ink bucket with ease to clean and mainternance.
  5. Pressurized diaphragm pump makes ink supply stable and with ease to maintenance.

Slotter Unit

  1. Pre-scoring wheel: the sheet by pre-scored is no crush.
  2. Manual adjustment on the gap between scoring wheels within the range of 0-12mm.
  3. Upper scoring wheel coated by polyurethane avoid of crush on the sheet.
  4. Transverse movement of scoring wheel, doctor wheel and slotting head controlled polyfunctionally by PLC, touch screen and electromotive button.
  5. The slotting knives are made of alloy tool steel by heat treatment and teeth finely ground. The width is 7mm. Sharp teeth and endurable.
  6. Bi-plate trimming knives with sharp teeth and endurable.
  7. Slot phasing machanism is planetary gear structure.
  8. Slotting phase adjustment by PLC, touch screen conrol and motorized digital 360 degree in dynamic and static condition. Order can be preset.
  9. Aluminium hand hole device.

Die Cutter Unit

  1. Anvil roll and mould roll adopts high grade steel with finely reground and chrome plated.
  2. Balance correction enhances running stability.
  3. Mould roll and anvil roll can be apart by the air cylinder eccentric mechanism during non-woring condition in order to decrease the load of the machine and enlarge the life of the mould and anvil.
  4. Pressurized automatic lifting device working in with the feeding system
  5. Mechanical drive anvil roll transverse moves within 30mm and installed with radial differential gear device can spread wear evenly and improve the life of anvil roll.
  6. Unique speed difference compensate device, whatever the diameter of anvil roll, the device can make the rubber roller along with mould roller glide, accordingly let the surface of anvil and knift mould at same speed and insure every batch carton in one size.
  7. Mould roll by transverse electromotive digital adjustment capacity within the range of 20mm.
  8. Planetary gear phrasing mechanism.
  9. Die cutting phase adjustment by PLC, touch screen control and motorized digital 360 degree in dyamic and static condition. Order can be preset.
  10. The machine keeps the grinding device used for urethane cover correction to get more job times.
  11. Installed with belt deliver stripping device.

Stack Unit

  1. Sheet collection arm has manual and automatic operation methods.
  2. Sheet collection arms are in belt transmission adjusted tension independently. Numbers of sheet collection arms is optional.
  3. The lifting of stacking bed is driven by strength chain.
  4. Piling height 1600mm.
