Service Commitments:

1. Real-time technology supporting

Our customer service staff will send email or call the customer directly, depending on the content of consultation,

We promise timely and considerate service, to avoid the customer making another call for the same question.

2. Fault response strategy

Warranty: One year.(6 months only for Smart Battery Analyzer; from the date the product is shipped from our company)

Anderson engineer will manage to find out the reason and propose solutions as soon as they get the notice of repair, and work until the fault is completely rectified. If the problem can not be solved timely, we will provide new products for you. The repair time should be within 48 hours in general, it depends on the customer's location.

Anderson will replace any defective products proved to have improper workmanship and/or material in one month (from the date the product is shipped from our company).
