HOW TO USE GRAPHITE FOUNDRY CRUCIBLE



Before use, bake slowly in the oven to 500℃; Place in dry place after use to avoid rainwater intrusion.

According to the capacity of the crucible, do not squeeze too tightly, so as not to crack the crucible due to the thermal expansion of the metal.

When removing the molten metal, scoop it out with a spoon and useless caliper as much as possible. If the use of calipers and other tools, should be consistent with the shape of the crucible, so as not to local stress too large, shorten the service life.

The service life of the crucible is related to its use. Strong oxidation flame should be avoided to spray directly on the graphite crucible to shorten the service life of raw materials.
