Description
Silver plated wire thread insert with the corresponding function of free-running or screw-locking insert, mainly lies in the silver layer surface, the main role is that the silver layer can prevent corrosion, and can be used as solid lubricants fasteners, silver tarnishes in air, but it can work under 1600 degrees, so using its high temperature resistance and lubrication properties for fasteners under high temperature, to prevent oxidation by bolts and nuts.
The materials of silver plated wire thread insert: 321, SY90 and SY750. SY90 and SY750 are high temperature alloy stainless steel base on nickel. The maximum temperature is 850 degrees, can up to 650 degrees long time.
