High Build Epoxy Zinc-rich Primer( CE certificate )

Thick build epoxy zinc epoxy primer is an epoxy zinc-rich primer with thick coating properties.

The thickness of 70μm～80μm can be reached by airless spraying at one time. The ordinary epoxy zinc-rich primer does not have the performance of the thick coating, and one spray is about 40μm. If it is too thick, the performance of the paint film will decrease. Under the same film thickness, the anti-rust performance and mechanical properties of ordinary epoxy zinc-rich primer are better than thick-build epoxy zinc-rich primer with the same film thickness. Medium and low film thickness, use an ordinary epoxy zinc-rich primer. High film thickness, using thick-build epoxy zinc-rich primer can save a lot of construction costs. But it has higher requirements for spray machines.
