Xinxiang Bashan Aero Material Co., Ltd., affiliated to China Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC), is
a specialized manufacturer with a history more than 60 years. Our main products are metal wire,
wire cloth, test sieve, filter element, filter, steel thread insert, steel reed, metal sintered fiber, edm
brass wire, screener and other related products. Our company has independent import and export
rights.
With plant area covering about 50,000 square meters, we employ more than 200 managerial and

buyers in USA.

Our annual production capability of main products are as follows:
1) 800 tons of stainless steel wire of medium and fine wire.
3600 tons of coarse wire above 1mm in diameter.
2) 500 thousand square meters of high precision wire cloth in nominal aperture sizes from 6.00 to
0.028mm (3-635mesh/inch); and Dutch cloth with filtration rating from 315 micro to 5 micro (7x40m
mesh to 325x2300mesh ).
3) 100 thousand sets of test sieve in diameter 200mm, 75mm and 8” and 12”.
4) 10 million pieces of thread inserts, including free run type and screw-locking type with ranges of
M2-M45mm.
5) 10 thousand pieces of filter elements with finest precision 2 micro.
6) 300 tons of EDM brass wire
7) 6000 sets of vibrating screener
