ZYD double stages vacuum transformer oil purification machine adopts advanced and unique technology, two horizontal vacuum towers, which speed up the dewatering and degassing more quickly and completely than normal type. It has functions of vacuum dehydration, degasification, precise purification, reclamation and transformers vacuum pumping etc. This oil purification machine can reduce free water down to 3 PPM, which is very suitable to large power transmission equipments above 110KV. ZYD transformer oil purification machine can fill oil into power equipment and drying moistened power equipment and also can do transformers vacuum pumping.

Features:

1. Two vacuum dehydration and degasification chambers, water content 3 ppm, gas content 0.1%.

2. Three stages filtration system including primary filter, second filter and one micron fine filter.

3. Double stages vacuum system to pump out the dissolved water and water in oil.
