HMCG-I high torque component set is our upgraded HMCS-I, consisting of just three individual components, with improved load capacity, strength & reliability and extending service life. Ideal for high torque applications, 6 sizes with ratios from 50: 1 to 160: 1 are available.
HMCG-Ⅱ Series Unit Harmonic Drive
HMCG-II gears with a precision cross roller bearing and flange, compact, lightweight and easy to use. HMCG-II is available in 6 size with ratios from 50: 1 to 160: 1.
HMCG-Ⅱ-E Series Unit (Integral Cam) Harmonic Drive
Compared with HMCG-II, wave generator with integrated cam for HMCG-II-E, gears with a precision cross roller bearing and flange, compact, lightweight and easy to use. HMCG-II-E is available in 6 size with ratios from 50: 1 to 160: 1.

Please confirm the design size of the flange and wave generator in strict accordance with the clearance dimension of the harmonic drive. If the size exceeds the clearance dimension, it will cause interference of the flex spline and flange or wave generator and affect the service life of the harmonic drive.
The installation of the harmonic drive gear shall be designed according to the installation depth requirement of the wave generator. The different installation depths of the reducer will affect the parameters, such as the starting torque and precision of the reducer.
