Jaw Crusher
As the coming out of VSI sand making machine and hydraulic cone crusher, ADR's jaw crusher also has many improvements. With the efforts of 's technical personnel, jaw crusher improves in a lot of aspects and has huge advantages.
Improvement 1: at present, jaw crusher is the first choice to crush the larger material. But jaw crusher may be jammed if the material is wet. So Henan ADR makes some changes about the design of jaw crusher. Some powder sticky material is put in the feed opening, which avoid the material jamming the feed opening.
Improvement 2: as we all know, the nip angle of jaw crusher is 22 degree in general. But the material may be crowed out of the cavity more or less. In order to decrease the extrusion when jaw crusher is operating, Henan ADR increases the core jaw plate's height of move jaw plate.
