DSH SPGW Hydraulic Piston Seal For Excavator

DSH SPGW compact Seal is a four pieces double acting heavy duty compact seal which consist of one PTFE bronze profile ring,one elastomeric nitrile rubber pre-load sealing element and two POM back -up rings.

1. Standard material:

Seal: PTFE or Polyurethane PU

Elastomer: NBR NBR

Retaining ring: Nylon PA or POM POM

2. Applications:

Reciprocating hydraulic system. In the high-pressure conditions of the bi-directional piston seal reload occasion very well. Particularly suitable for long stroke and a wider range offluids and high temperature applications, applicable to the larger piston clearance. Mainly used in heavy construction machinery or cylinder piston seal leakage has good control, anti-extrusion resistance and loss of performance, such as: excavators, and other heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders.
