Application:

Series ZY high vacuum insulating oil purifier is specially designed for purification of aging transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, capacitor oil as well as for other electrical insulating liquids. The process maintains the oil's dielectric strength, removes free, soluble water, air-gases and particulate matter.

Features:

2. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water and gas from oil.

5. It adopts interlocked protective system, connecting oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, which can avoid blank heating, blank pumping, oil and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.

6. It can be used by combining with BZ insulating oil regeneration device to decolor and remove acid, oxide, free carbon and it has lower dielectric loss, making the treated oil more transparent.
