Pressing head rod seat

The pressing head rod can adjust the distance automatically, and automatic oil pressure balancing device makes the pressure upon each part of the sole even.

Large seat

Waist height can be adjusted automatically to fit with different shoe's arc, 5 heal breast blades is automatically controlled by independent 5 core oil cylinder that provides more even strength

Oil meter & adjusting valve

Front placed pressure regulation design simplified pressure adjustment for side part and secondary pressure. High quality adjusting valve is introduced, which makes flow control more precise.

Oil system

Devices of Taiwan brands are introduced ,CML oil pump, motor, offer big horsepower with low noise. Valve of Taiwan brand are introduced CML hydraulic magnetic valve adjusting system Offer more precise control over circuit and oil flow.

Brief operating

1.Power cable should be connected on socket meet ECC standards with magnetic switch of 380v.

2.Please fill 90-100 litters of 68# or 46# hydraulic oil into oil tank.

3.switch on main power, then turn on pump switch, then select mode, then adjust pressing time.

4.Put the shoe last in the large seat properly, then adjust relevant component properly.

5.To adjust distance between front and rear rod, adjusting distance between top and bottom part of the rear pressing head by screwing the rod.

6.Step the pedal switch or press the two green button at the same time to start the machine for pressing operation.
