Liquid-Filled Pressure Gauge

Liquid-filled pressure gauges, one kind of liquid pressure measuring devices, are used to measure the medium pressure under the vibrating circumstances. The bourdon tubes are used as the pressure elements, which will become elastic expansion due to the pressure of the medium. The tube expansion causes travelling of the tube end. After the transfer and the amplificaton by the movements and rods, the pointer will indicate readings in the scale of the gauges. The filling liquid (such as silicon oil) can provide damping to the flexible components inside the gauge cases. This design will not only reduce the vibration, but also extend the life of the pressure gauges. Diaphram devices can be added to assist the pressure measurement of the special mediums with high viscocity, easy crystallization, easy consolidation, and granule contenting.
