Liquid Silicone rubber has two parts silicone with general hardness of 22-50Shore A. After curing it s features are as follows:

high tensile & tear strength

high duplication times

Low linear shrinkage

resistance to high-temperature

low shrinkage and non-deformation

resistance to acid-alkali and expansion

Step One: Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B then mix them evenly.

Step Two: vacuum pumping

The time for vacuum-pumping should be 3—5 minutes ,otherwise once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuum pumping process, it will not be operated.

Step Three: Pouring the mixture into the frame with original gypsum mold slowly .

10~12months, when stored it in a dry & cool place under the room temperature 25.

Why is the silicone mold oily?

The molding silicone rubber itself doesn't contain any oil, so it won't be oily. If the mold is oily , it may because you add compound silicone oil which is the compound of silicone oil and white oil. But the white oil is not silicone oil but a kind of petrochemicals.
