• Materials: The contacts are primarily made from high-purity T2 red copper for excellent electrical conductivity. The body is treated with a thick silver plating to improve conductivity and corrosion resistance. A ring-shaped spring made from non-magnetic stainless steel holds the contacts in place, ensuring uniform pressure and avoiding eddy currents.

• Manufacturing: The contacts are created by a fine punching process from copper plates. The conventional silver plating thickness is 3μm.
