Application of LNG Plant

This unit is applicable to wellhead natural gas pretreatment, including dehydration, hydrocarbon recovery, compression, storage transportation and pressure regulation project, meeting the requirement of skid mounted vehicular design, manufacture, and simple, flexible loading and installation at the well site.

Natural Gas Processing Plant - another step in gas processing is to remove the NGL from a gas stream. To remove the NGLs, the gas is cooled until the NGL condenses.

Supply scope of LNG Plant

Technical process of LNG plant covers pretreatment (purification), liquefaction, storage, loading and auxiliary system etc. Main processes are feed gas purification and liquefaction.

Feed gas purification process will be based on conditions of gas source, including filtration, heavy hydrocarbon desorption, acid gas desorption, dehydration, demercuation,etc.

Options of liquefaction process are natural gas throttling, nitrogen, azoxymenthane expansion natural gas expansion, multistep refrigerating cycle, MRC refrigeration, dimethylmethane precooling+MRC refrigeration etc.

LNG filling station is exclusively designed to provide fueling infrastructure for LNG vehicles or vessels, and can fulfill unloading, storage, metering etc.
