PURPOSE AND PRINCIPLE

?For the quantitative determination of Melamine concentrations.
?Detection medium: milk power, cow milk, tissue,fodder,eggs,serum.
The kit employs competitive ELISA method. The microplate well is coated with antigen of Melamine, the Melamine in the sample will compete with the antibody of Melamine to combine with the coated antigen. After adding the TMB, the labeled antibody will catalyze the TMB. The amount of Melamine is inversely proportional to the O.D value.
