No-Bake Resin Sand Casting
Sand molds often use resin based chemical binders that possess high dimensional accuracy and high hardness.Such resin-bonded sand molds take somewhat longer to manufacture than green sand molds because a curing reaction must take place for the binder to become effective and allow formation of the mold.Basically , such resin sand cast is for big parts objectively ,it's because the resin sand mould is much harder than green sand which can take bigger impact of much iron liquid.
Ruyi foundry'resin sand production line has more advatage than normal manual moulding.
1.The resin sand injected into the flask in a vibration platform.The resin sand is districuted balance which makes the casting surface much better.
2.Our production line is runned by trailers with hydraulic system shich saves time for handling and carrying.
3.When casting is poured,the trailer will direct to the vibration screen machine to separate sand and casting.
the whole automatic process helps to save time and reduce labout'cost.
