P20+Ni steel has good mechanical property and quenching, make surface have equal hardness after deal with it. Nice polishing and low roughness. Normally make the heat-treatment to harden condition before used, it can be used directly after the mould machined.

P20+Ni Steel Material should be delivered at AR(As Hot Rolled), N(Normalized), T(Tempered), Q(Quenched), TMCP, Q+T(Quenched and Tempered), UT(Ultrasonic Test: ASTM A435,ASTM A578-C/B/A,EN10160-S0E1,S1E2,S2E3,S3E4), Impact Test, PWHT(Post Weld Heat Treatment), HIC, Z Test(Z15, Z25, Z35).
