PFA vials cleaning system

1. It looks like just a cleaning device, how does it work?
Can directly pour the cleaning solution (soap, inorganic acid, strong acid and alkali, etc.) into the PFA round bucket and soak the vessels. Or cover the container, place it on a hot plate for heating, and use acid vapor to countercurrently clean the Vials.

2. How is it different from other cleaning devices?
The cleaning bracket is specially designed for 7/15/30ml PFA Vials. The bracket features a grid design to hold components in place for efficient batch cleaning and easy access. The bracket can be removed at any time when you need to clean other utensils.

3. What is its temperature tolerance and is it safe for our operators?
Withstand temperature: -200~+260℃ (-328~+500℉)
The lid of the cleaning bucket is equipped with a release valve to prevent high pressure from being generated in the bucket during heating.
The system can maintain a sub-boiling state for continuous heating for several days without causing acid volatilization. It does not require laboratory personnel to monitor, saving labor costs and acid consumption.
