Porous PTFE coated fabrics have a light coating of PTFE in order to make the fabric breathable while in the meantime keeping its non-stick property, the surface of this fabric is always has visible texture.It is always used in porous ptfe sheet. Its porous property allows airflow and bleed out extra air and resin.

Porous PTFE coated fabrics are made of plain weaved or specially weaved glass fiber fabric, coating with imported Teflon resin by using unique process technology to control its permeability and non-stick property. The material withstands high temperature up to 600°F and not affected by epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resin.

The main application of porous PTFE coated fiberglass is vacuum bagging and infusion processes include filtration for fabric coating, release sheet for the composite material, rubber and plastic sponge curing, visible heat seal impressions and other applications require drying.
