Process of PP Strapping Band Production

First, we heat and melt polypropylene plastic particles. In the meantime, we can add different color of paint, white, blue, green, yellow, etc.

Second, we use rolling machine to roll and extend the material to belt shape.

Forth, we wrap and wind the PP belt to different length of coil.
