Precast concrete buildings slab forming machine is designed reasonable in structure, easy for operation and maintenance, durable with high speed productivity, by which forming slabs are smooth in surface, compact in high intensity. This prestressed hollow core slab can simplify the construction framework. It also can reduce the bearing load of walls and beams to increase the usage area and decrease the construction cost.
When producing, firstly place the steel wire on the producing bed and tensioning according to the tensioning value. Then adjust the slab machine, feed the necessary concrete into the hopper of the slab machine, after a processing of pushing and high frequency vibrate to form the slab. When it up to standard strength after curing, the slab can be cut into needed size and stored.
