PRESSURE SWITCH CONTROLLER

The pressure switch controller is an important device for controlling the activation and deactivation of air compressor or liquid displace systems when preset pressure thresholds are matched. The pressure switch applies an electric pressure sensor with an AC-powered relay to trigger the electrical circuit.

The preset high pressure that activates the trigger is called cut-in pressure thresholds, and that deactivates the switch is called the cut-out pressure thresholds. When the media pressure is within a normal range the switch stay as cut in, while the electrical bridge closed when the pressure reach or overflow the threshold value.
