The sample suspension is placed in a tubular sample container. Under the high-speed rotation of the centrifuge, due to the huge centrifugal force, the suspended tiny particles settle at a certain speed, thereby being separated from the solution. This kind of tubular sample container with a sealing cap or gland is called a centrifuge tube.
PTFE column centrifuge tubes are made of high quality Teflon material, can be sterilized by autoclaving in the temperature of 250 °C for 20 minutes. The leak proof caps of our centrifuge tubes for easy and one-handed operation, perfectly covering lab's every day's needs for sample storage and centrifugation.
