Electric Chain Hoist 500kg-5ton This kind of Chain Hoist has provided an ntiphase protector and limitswitch as in all single or dual speed hoists and trolleys, which enhanced the safety and durability. Hoist Range: 0.5t, 1t, 2t, 3t, 5t Electric Chain Hoist 7.5 ton Engineers design this type of chain hoist to meet various requiremets. This kind of hoist can be flexible mobed in horizonal derecton with electric crawl. Electric Chain Hoist 10ton Heavy duty series have two types for option, namely hook suspension and elctric trolley. The hoist will move up and down stably and safely with four fall chains. Electric Chain Hoist 15ton The hoist can move smoothly, stably and safely with the reasonable design. It will keep banlance whenever on work or off work. Electric Chian Hoist 0.5-5ton The hoist cannot move, but it is safely and simplicity of operator with the reasonable design. It will keep banlance whenever on work or off work. Lever Hoist Chain Block This machine used by hand,so it doesn't require electrity. Usually the lifting weight is small. CD/MD Type electric hoist This type hoist is light and small crane machinery. CD1 type is general speed, it can satisfy the requirement of general use. MD1 type has two lifting speed- general speed and slow speed. When working in slow speed, it can satisfy the requirement of precision loading and unloading, examine and repair machine tool etc precision work. Therefore, the useful scope of MD1 is wider than CD1 type.

> Motor: Hoist Motor is a taper type rotor motor with braking; it is one of the best quality motors , which has bigger torque,

so it can be adapted to moving frequently, the Maximum torque is 2.4-3 times than the rated torque.

> Gear Box: Hoist Gear Box has specially treated gears for high wear resistance. Each Geared Shaft ass embly is supported

on ball or roller bearings, to ensure smooth, low-friction operation.

> Wire Rope: Hoisting ropes comply with the exporting standards. The leading rope taken by the drum does not slip sideways

when slack. The factor of safety, on the nominal breaking strength of the rope is six.

> Rope Drum: Grooved hoist Drum, seamless pipe of adequate length to be wounded in one layer and to pro vid eproper

support for the rope to minimize abrasive wear is provided. Drum Shaft resolves on Ball Bearings fo r ensuring smooth

running.

> Electric apparatus controlling system: Model CD1 and MD1 hoist is composed of the contactor box, controlling

switch, cut-off limiter, the working voltage of controlling switch is 380V, 36V or 24V(safety volta) e).

> Rope Guide: Rope Guide is in two halves, ensuring easy accessibility. It encircles the drum completely so that the rope

may not uncoil even when the Hoist is in unloaded condition. The rope guides of our company is thicken and dilated, so

that it is not easy to be damaged.

> Hook: The Hook Block is tested to 150 % of full load before assembly
