• The traditional horizontal drive is changed to vertical drive, which drives smoothly. The forced feeding way is changed from level to vertical type, feed without power. More easy for repairing the transmission case.

• The old type is ring die turns, press rollers don't turn. Now it is ring die not turn, press rollers turn. It solves the difficulty that the main shaft would be twisted off for the torque is too big.

• The old type is ring die and driving wheel is connected by clamp. The gross weight of the clamp, driving wheel and ring die is about 400kg. They are turning at the rotating speed 160-260rpm at the same time. It consumes much energy, but useless work. Now it is changed to rollers turn, driving wheel and ring die are static, no need of clamp, so low energy consumption. The ring die is not easy to crack, so it can work for long time.

• The ring die width of the old type is 200mm, the rows of the discharge die hole is 8 to 9, distribution of material is uneven. Now the overall width is 110mm, discharge die hole rows is 3 to 4, which can ensure each hole discharges material.

• The motor of the old type is 90kw, which capacity is 1-1.5tph. Now it is just 45kw for the new type pellet machine. It is very low consumption.

• Circulation lubrication cooling system ensures bearing and gearing will not short of oil, and low oil temperature, which prolongs gearing and bearing's service life. Old type is oil-immersed lubrication, high oil temperature and gear case easily leaks oil.
