Rotary Shear Cut To Length Lines

Rotary Shear Lines are mainly used for CR, S.S, Al material, precision leveling and cutting products. This line special advantage is non-stop cutting which avoid micro – indentation by stopping to cut. It is applicable for high precision aluminum plate, mirror S.S plate, etc., with short cutting length product.

It consists of Uncoil, Leveling and Cross Cutting metal strip as set length and proper blanking system; Compared with stop cutting to length line, rotary shear line can achieve cutting the plates without stop feeding, higher speed, better accuracy and surface protection. Every of these functions are accomplished by our machines which are designed to cope with an impressive variety of material features ranging.

Other functions are available to the customer's needs such as Edge Trimming, Balling or Chopping of scrap edges from strip, Paper and Plastic Film interleaving and many more. This rotary shear cut to length line can shear 150 sheets per minute, with maximum running speed of 80 m/min. It uses six-fold multi-roll leveling machine, so the sheet is flat without any marks.

The Rotary shear machine is driven by servo motor, with high shearing precision; double-station stacking, high efficiency and high speed.

The flying shearing line is applied to machine cold-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and surface-coated metal materials.
