1. Feature
ZS-NJ-D935W is one kinds of one-component deized thermal silicone sealant at room temperature curing. This product has the properties of high strength, good adhesion for various metal such as alumina, copper, stainess steel, etc. With excellent dielectric properties and heat resistance. In general, the range of temperature is -60℃～200℃. During the curing process, it will release the s, which no corrosion to the materials such as polycarbonate(PC) and copper. Completely complied with RoHS of EU directive.

2. The Typical Application
Bonding between chip and radiator, thyristor intelligent control module and radiator, gap filler between high power electrical module and radiator.

3. The Using Technology
● Clean surface: cleaning surface of adherend and coated to remove the rust,dust and greasy dirt, etc.
● After sizing: Unscrew the hose cap (or cutting), squeezing the glue on cleaned surface, so that can be distributed uniformly.
● Curing: the part of bonded or sealed were cured naturally in the air. The curing is a process from the surface to the internal, the depth of curing is 2 ~ 4mm within 24 hours (at room temperature and 55% relative humidity), if the location of sizing is too deep, especially when it is not easy to contact the air, then the completely curing time will be extended, if the temperature is low, the curing time will be extended either, the fully curing time need at least 7 days if the thickness of sealant is 6mm .

4. Notes
After operating, the rest of glue must be sealed to store , and tightened the cap immediately. when using it in the next time, if there is a little crust in sealed place, to remove it and it will not affect the normal application. the process of storage , the canal orifices may appear the phenomenon of the curing, to clean it then it can be used again, and the performance of product is not affected.

5. Storage and Transportation
● 6 months shelf life if stored below 25 ℃ in cool, dry place, when the product passed its expiration date, it should be confirmed without abnormal phenomenon, then that can be used.
● These products don't belong to dangerous goods, so they can be transported as normal chemicals. But be careful of leakage.
