Yangzhou Yongsheng has rich experience in CNC machining services. It has advanced CNC machining centers, CNC milling machines, CNC multi-axis
turning and milling machines, CNC turning lathes, CNC grinders, centerless grinding, cylindrical grinding, CNC lathes, CNC optical profile grinders, laser
cutting machines, sheet metal processing machines and all types of welding equipment. Our parts are widely used in rail transit, automotive, valve and
pump industry, highway, aerospace parts and other fields. We have a complete in-house system for design, manufacturing, testing, stamping, assembly
and welding. In addition to the normal operation of the ISO9001 system, Yongsheng also has the EN15085-2 CL1 welding qualification recognized by the
European Union and the domestic railway system.

Anhui DongKun covers an area of 30000 square meters, with a production area of 12000 square meters in the first phase. It mainly focuses on high-end
processing, assembly and sheet metal, and has been completed and put into production in May 2021. At present, there are 50 employees in the trial
operation stage, and there will be no less than 100 professional machining personnel in the future. The factory will operate under the ISO/TS16949 system,
relying on strong comprehensive supporting processing capabilities and R & D capabilities. Provide customers with OEM and ODM products to fully meet
the various needs of customers. It is planned to enter the catalogue of "Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size" in Chuzhou in 2022.

The resin sand process can maintain excellent dimensional
accuracy. The clean surface and clear contours also make
the casting look very nice. Our main products are used in
valves and pumps, automotive industry, construction
machinery and other general industries.

Machining
Machining is a part removal process to achieve a
desired size and geometry. Machining is not an
economical process because it is relatively slow
compared to other manufacturing processes such as
forging. In most cases, machining is used to improve the
tolerances or surface finish of parts made by other
processes.
Our own manufacturing plant, with lathes, CNC
machine tools, machining centers, milling machines,
grinders, cutting machines and so on. Usually we
produce carbon steel, cast steel, brass, tin bronze,
bronze, aluminum alloy and so on. Components range
in weight from less than a kilogram to 200 kilograms.

process flow: material-cutting-heat treatment-CNC
turning-machining center-drilling-turning and milling
combined machining-surface cleaning-surface treatment
(polishing/ powder spraying/ galvanizing /painting/
anodizing, etc.).
