What's sample&mass production leading time?

Sample Time: Usually within 7-10days for 1-3different designs; for more than 3designs,need to depend on actual speifications&requirments.

Delivery Time: Usually within 40days after everything confirmed.Actually base on specifications&requirments&quantity,would be confirmed specificly when sign a purchasing order.

How to charge sample?Can it be refunded?

For a new customer,kindly please understand we need you to charge a reasonable sample price.The amount would be quoted before the task acted.

For an old customer,we would evalute if the sample cost can be ignored as a longterm cooperative relationship.If not,you still need to charge a reasonable sample price.The amount would be quoted before the task acted.All the sample charge would be 100% refunded after the customer place us the order(should not be less than MOQ for each color).

What payment terms we deal with?

All following payment way can be processed through Alibaba Trade Assurance.

T/T: For a new customer,30%T/T in advance when an order confirmed,70% balance after quality aprroved but before deliveried;For old customer,30%T/T in advance when an order confirmed,70% balance before we released the B/L.

L/C: 30%T/T in advance,70% for L/C at sight of B/L. 100%L/C should be negotiated specially.
