Seamless Steel Tubes&Honed Tubes

Raw material is mainly from some famous refinery steel mills, such as BAO STEEL, Tianjin, and Chengdu etc, which are the best and largest raw material manufacturers in China. we have been through ISO9001: 2000 international quality system certification. Warranty period for our honed tubes and chrome bars is 2 years. For some special or important customers, the period is 5 years.

2. We own 35 sets honing machines producing tube ID from 38.1mm to 1000mm, at max length of 18m.

3. We own 18 sets of equipment for piston rod in completely production, producing OD from 12mm to 500mm, at max length of 16m.

Plate according to customers' different requirements such as Chrome, Nickel, and Ceramic. Thickness is from 10μm to 100μm.

4. High Precision:

Honed tube (Roughness of tube is 0.2μm and straightness is less than 0.15/1000), piston rod (Plating thickness is 10-100 micron. Surface roughness is 0.2μm and straightness is also less than 0.15/1000)

5. Product details are completely according to International Standard, chrome rod and honed tube must be cut flatly, and no chrome marks on the surface of rod. (Most of domestic mills don't do this in order to reduce cost)

6. Delivery time is very fast. The average delivery time is 5-30 days after confirming the orders. Production output for honed tubes is about 300tons per month and 200tons for chrome bars per month.

7. Package: our packages are safer than others' supplier in China. Packing for rod normally we choose is cardboard that film attached inside, which does not only prevent rods from scratch but also from oil rusting. Tubes are made with caps at both end and painted oil on inside and outside surface. For full container, extra package like parcel at outside will be used.

8. Each product will do full test (include chemical, mechanical, tolerance, roughness, chrome plate thickness, hardness, salt spray, etc). All the test report will be kept 5 years. We will make the Mill test certificate to customer if they need.
