SP(1-6) sheet metal slitter machine for sales is applicable to coils of various specifications. It is used for slitting the coil into required width for the use of punch line through the procedure of uncoiling, pre-leveling, cropping, slitting and recoiling. It has advantages such as proper layout, easy operation, highly automated and high production efficiency.
This sheet metal slitter is adaptable to process cold-rolled and hot-rolled coils, silicon steel coils, stainless coils, colored coils, aluminum coils, and all sorts of plated and coated coils, and slitting machine widely applies to many industries like automobiles, containers, household appliances, food packing, construction materials, etc. This metal slitter consists of loading cart, uncoiler, slitter, scrap winder, cropping shear, tension controller and coil recoiler, etc. Loop bridge, pinch and deviation corrector are equipped between each machine.
