Specifications of silicone potting :

Two Parts silicone , applicable to sealing ,bonding,coating for electronic parts.

HY9055 is a solvent less, no odor, two-part silicone rubber, specially designed for electrical and electronic potting and encapsulating uses. It is suitable for batch processing or automated dispensing. With different colors for better distinction, part A and part B are dark grey and cream white, respectively.

It is applicable to bulk pouring with excellent electronically performance. It is applicable to sealing, bonding and coating for electronic parts.

It can be cured in a 1: 1 ratio by weight or volume either at room temperature or elevated temperature for faster processing.

Features:

1 HY9055 is low shrinkage, non-corrosiveness and durable silicone.It can be used for a long time under the temperature of -60C ~200 C with the characteristic of moisture-proof and waterproof, radiation-proof as well as weatherable and anti-ageing.

2. No significant exothermal or shrinkage during curing.

3. Very stable to changes of temperature, stability over wide temperature range (-50 to 200 oC).
